Return & Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with MY TECH SHOP, your satisfaction is our priority. But if you are not “Happy” or “Satisfied” with your purchase and you wish to return it then we are here to help you.

We provide refund and replacement service for products under warranty conditions and period. We may also provide refund in other situation but it will be at our discretion weather we accept it or not. Requests are looked and approved on case by case basis.

What are the conditions for Refund or Replacement?

When product purchased:

  • Is other product besides SOFTWARE.
  • have a fault you were unaware about when you purchased.
  • do not match with the sample or advertised one.
  • does not meet your purpose.

PROCESS OF REFUND:

Refund shall be made on the original manner of purchase. However, there may be variation on circumstances we may offer partial refund, store credit or exchange or replacement item. Following are additional provision for refund:

  • While returning the item you will be liable to bear the shipping cost.
  • Previously charged shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • In case of replacement and exchange shipping fees will be charged.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Before claiming for any manufacturer’s warranty, consumers are requested to make sure the product is:

  • Not affected by being used incorrectly or in an abnormal way. Such use renders the warranty as void.
  • Not disposed of, lost or destroyed. In other words, there needs to be proof that the product has failed. • Not reduced in value by delay on the customer's part. Customers should bring faults to MY TECH SHOP attention soon after they occur.

7 DAYS RETURN POLICY:

MY TECH SHOP offers 7 days return policy. The policy is only applicable for products only if;

  • It’s in original state.
  • Undamaged packing comprising of pamphlets, inserts, cables, CDs and accessories.
  • Products purchased on “Promotional Scheme”, “Offers” and “No Return Basis” are not included.
  • Products made available upon Customers request are also not included.
  • Products which are explicitly stated on the website do not list in for return policy.

Note:

15 % of fees will be restocked from the original purchase price.

OR

$30 will be deduced while making refund.

(whichever is lower)

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCT via INTERNET?

  • Send a mail to MY TECH SHOP at info@mytechshop.com.au or through Contact US page available at www.mytechshop.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Our customer care representatives will get in touch with you through email with further instructions on how to return the product.
  • The 7 days policy starts from the very day you physically receive the product (date of delivery proof). In case the date of delivery proof is missing then the 7 days period will commence from 2 days before the dispatch of product.
  • After receiving the Returned Product, it lies in the hand of MY TECH SHOP weather to accept or reject the refund proposal based on the Return Policy, which shall be notified to you through email.
  • If the refund has been accepted it will get commenced within 2 days of business. However, the actual time of refund to be received by customers depend on the EXTERNAL FACTORS.

MY TECH SHOP reserves the right to make necessary changes on its return policy without any formal circulars or notice.
